The AMC 12 Movie theater is located in the River Bottoms, adjacent to The Shops at Riverwoods. This location makes it a nice place to go for a date night since there are several restaurants and an adorable, walkable shopping village.

The theater was updated in 2019 with new luxury seating. It is usually very clean, has a good great sound system, and plenty of restrooms. Refreshments have prices typical of first-run movie theaters. There is plenty of parking both in front and at the rear of the building.
