Centennial Middle School

Perimeter, clerestory windows, and skylights provide even natural lighting throughout classrooms, corridors, and common areas. It is estimated that within seven years, energy cost savings will surpass the initial costs of providing this natural lighting.

The building includes two full-size gymnasiums, locker rooms and other physical-education support facilities, a cafetorium, a media center, classrooms, faculty preparation rooms, a vocational learning center, science labs with adequate storage for hazardous/non-hazardous materials, computer labs, music facilities, art rooms with studios, a home-education department and full administrative facilities.

The cafetorium is multi-functional. By combining the cafeteria with the functions of an auditorium, space is compacted, thus saving money.
