Provo Bicentennial Park Disc Golf Course
16 Holes | 48 Par
The Provo Rotary Bicentennial Park is Provo’s premier Frisbee golf course. Its 6 holes, each with alternate basket placement, provide plenty of variety. It has some long fairways and some fairly technical fairways.
The course plays around and through a large grassy park with BBQ grills, playground equipment, and a spring-fed pond. Trees and other obstacles make this course both fun and challenging
Provo Riverview Park Disc Golf
9 Holes | 27 Par
This is an object course. Instead of using baskets, players must hit objects (such as a tree or post). It has nine well-marked trees and posts. This course is a particularly good course to play with regular Frisbees (as opposed to Frisbee golf discs)
Provo Rock Canyon Park Disc Golf
10 Holes | 30 Par
Mountain Course
The course at Rock Canyon Park, just above the Provo Temple, has baskets are of very high quality (they were built by Martin Bohn), which catch the Frisbees very well. Although the course only has 10 holes, if you’d like a longer game, you can play the course forwards and then immediately after play the course again backwards, giving you a full 20 holes! The terrain is a little rough and steep, and it may be to your advantage to use a spotter so you don’t lose your Frisbees.
Provo Slate Canyon Disc Golf
18 Holes | Par 30
Mountain Course
Provo City met with veterans of Disc Golf who have been playing for 20 years. The result is a fun and challenging course. It is a more advanced course because of the elevation changes. If you can throw 300 feet you’ll do fine, but you have to hit the fairway. The 18-hole course is all par three.
