The Peaks Ice Arena is located at the top of Provo Center Street and was constructed by Provo City and Utah County. The groundbreaking ceremony took place in September 1997.
The Peaks Ice Arena and the “E” Center in Salt Lake City was home to the 2001 Winter Olympics men’s and women’s hockey competitions. Temporary seating was raised capacity to nearly 8,000 for the Games.
The Peaks Ice Arena is a year-round family recreation facility. Once home to 2001 Olympic events, The Peaks is home to Learn to Skate, Youth and Adult Hockey Lessons and Leagues, BYU and UVU hockey, as well as Public Skating. It also houses the Field House Fitness Recreation area, and an indoor turf field utilized for soccer, lacrosse, rugby and ultimate frisbee.

Peaks Ice Arena is open to the public on most days, year-round. Rates are reasonable and include “Family Night” rates and group rates.

The Fieldhouse Indoor Turf Fields
Two indoor, synthetic turfs are available for rent for training, events, and practice. Open year-round. Ideal spaces for soccer, lacrosse, football, baseball and other activities.
