    ONLINE PROVO PARKS PAVILION RESERVATIONS

    RESERVATION TIMES | 8:30AM-2:00PM & 4:00-9:30PM, or all day
    RESERVATION SEASON | 4/15/23–10/15/23 except Sundays, Starting on Jan 1st
    Pavilion Reservations & Customer Service – (801) 852-6000

    • Pavilions are available for reservations M-SA. Fees range from $26-$177 for each time period, depending on pavilion size and location.
    • Reservation fees are double for observed holidays. Restroom facilities and water supplies are only in order during the reservation season.
    • An eight-day minimum notice is required for pavilion reservations, modifications, and cancellations. A $10 service fee is charged for all cancellations and modifications. Unreserved pavilions are available, without charge, on a first-come basis

    THINGS TO REMEMBER

    • Electricity is provided at most pavilions; with only 15 amps of power, it’s enough to run a small slow cooker, radio etc. If you need additional power, please supply your own.
    • Events may require a Special Parks Use Application and additional fees.
    • Pets are allowed in all parks and trails as long as they are on a leash. Please be respectful and pick up after your pet.
